Miura | TC-202 QPQ
Forged from premium S20C soft carbon steel in Himeji, Japan, the Miura TC-202 QPQ is the evolution of Miura's legendary players cavity-back iron — refined through three decades of craftsmanship, professional feedback, and relentless precision.
Every head is hand-crafted by master artisans under the direct oversight of the Miura family, held to weight tolerances of ±0.5g — a standard that exceeds the rest of the industry. The result is an iron that delivers the soft, responsive feel Miura is known for, paired with the stability and forgiveness of a modern cavity-back design.
QPQ Black Finish
The QPQ (Quench-Polish-Quench) finish embeds pigment directly into the top layer of the steel, creating a rich black appearance with exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Over time, the finish develops a natural patina on high-impact areas — the face, sole, and leading edge — giving each set a look that's uniquely yours.
T-Weight Bar Technology
A redesigned variable-depth cavity incorporates Miura's T-Weight Bar, which strategically repositions mass throughout the set to optimize center-of-gravity placement in every iron. Long irons launch higher with improved stability, while short irons maintain a penetrating, controlled trajectory for precise distance gapping into scoring zones. Toe weight is shifted to the T-Weight Bar, promoting a square clubface at impact.
Y-Grind Leading Edge
Miura's refined Y-Grind sole adds relief to both the leading and trailing edges, allowing the club to move cleanly through the turf from a variety of lies while maintaining consistent contact.
Variable Depth Cavity
Each iron — from the 3-iron through gap wedge — features a unique cavity depth tuned to optimize launch, spin, and trajectory for its specific role in the set.
